BioArnold is a nine-year-old boy who lives with his grandparents in the fictional American city of Hillwood. He attends P.S. 118 and spends lots of time adventuring (or just playing street ball) with his friends.
Arnold is really stoic (fun fact: In the entire run of the series, he never cries.) and is for the most part a pretty laid back kid. His grandparents live in and run a boarding house full of interesting tenants that make up Arnold's family unit.
Arnold plays the harmonica with great skill, and is good at improvising lyrics for songs. He is also pretty technologically able, building everything from potato clocks to remote controls, and he is proficient with computers (as long as they're from 1996-97 or so).
As the show aired in 1996 and featured then-current technology, if asked the year Arnold will reply that it is 1996.
A quick note on his physical appearance: yes, his head is really noticeably shaped like a football, and he only has four fingers on each hand. Feel free to have your pup notice this, although he'll more likely than not take being called "football head" as an insult.
